Alok brings over 39 years of experience in the banking industry, having served in various capacities across branch operations, regional HR leadership, and corporate credit monitoring. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to institutional growth and operational excellence.

As Senior Manager in the HR department at a regional level, Alok played a pivotal role in streamlining personnel management and administrative functions. Later, as Chief Manager at the bank’s Corporate Office, he led the Credit Monitoring Department’s collections team, driving key recovery initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Following his superannuation, Alok joined Global Horizons Capital Advisors as Compliance and Admin Officer, where he continues to bring his vast experience and structured approach to governance, risk management, and internal operations. His deep-rooted belief in prioritizing institutional success continues to guide his professional contributions.
